||When dawn was breaking the prior of Evesham monastery (Anonymous 524) began to address his fellow monks about the lack of fish for their day of celebrations. At that point someone arrived and said that he had seen an enormous seal. The monks (Anonymi 1490) ran to the bank of the River Avon and captured the fish. A good many meals were provided from it.
