• Participant:   Anonymi 2253 (Fierd that failed to oppose Anonymi 2242 in 1010 (possibly the same as Ulfcytel 3's fierd (Anonymi 2249)) : When Anonymi 2242 went to their ships, [so the Chronicler comments] the fierd (Anonymi 2253) should have engaged them but then the fierd (Anonymi 2253) went home. When Anonymi 2242 went east, then Anonymi 2253 stayed in the west, and when Anonymi 2242 were in the south, then 'our fierd' (Anonymi 2253) was in the north.
