Notes:
Milred 1's subscription refers to another minster which was under the control of Æthelburg 7. According to several scholars this refers to the requirement that the minster at Twyning revert to Worcester after Æthelburg's death, as arranged by her father Alfred (cf. Mon. Angl. (rev. edn), i, 608), but this is concealed by scribal error which gives the reading 'Uueogernacestre' instead of 'Tuueoneaum'.
