Transaction S53      Oshere 1, king of the Hwicce, to Cuthswith 1, abbess; grant of 15 hides (tributarii) at Penintanham (probably Inkberrow, Worcs.) and Dyllawidu (?), for the foundation of a minster
Transaction S95      Æthelbald 4, king of the Mercians, to Cyneburg 2; grant of 6 hides (cassati) at Bradley near Inkberrow, Worcs.
Event S1432      A charter clear as tar. It would seem that King Ceolwulf 5 I requested land from Worcester 1. Worcester in turn asked Wulfheard 3 to give up his lease on Inkberrow so that the church could obtain the freedom on the land [from the king]. The charter, i.e. Worcester 1, appears to allege that Wulfheard 3 went back on his word and tried to petition the king for Inkberrow. In attempting to do this he sent a man [Anonymous 476] to Archbishop Wulfred 6, Eadberht 34 and Dynne 3. The first two supported his request to the king, the third did not.
Transaction S1260      Deneberht 1, bishop, and his familia at Worcester 1, to Wulfheard 3; confirmation of his life interest in land at Inkberrow and Bradley, Worcs.
Transaction S1430      Hemele 3 and Dudda 3 nominated that Inkberow and Bradley should pass to Worcester 1 after their death. Wulfheard 3 wished to alienate this land from the church. It was agreed that the land should be leased to Wulfheard 3 until his death when it should revert to Worcester 1.
